Social Stride is an initiative for all, ranging from teenagers who are fearful of rejections to people seeking enriching life experiences, to connect with outside world and confront uncertainties in life through completing a set of tasks supported by psychological research!

Really simple: Start your Social Stride journey by simply completing challenges that take about 3-5 minutes in daily life. We have generated a list of challenges for you in the "Our Challenge" section, but feel free to select the tasks with difficulty matching your current, design your own challenge, and share your experience with us!

We suffer more in our imagination more often than in reality. Start seizing every possible opportunity and make changes to your life and the community around you through fostering connection and trust!
